Corner
Markers
Corner markers are usually six inch square
solid granite blocks that are lettered with
the first initial of the family's name on
them. They are used to mark the
boundaries of a cemetery lot. Examples:

Markers
Single
piece markers are available in many sizes and
granite colors as well as bronze. When
required by cemetery regulations, they are
installed flush with the ground. In the
absence of such regulations, markers usually
project approximately 8" out of the ground
with a slight back to front slope to the face.

Ledgers and Columbariums
Ledgers, widely used as far back
as colonial times, are large,
sometimes ornate, flat tablets
which completely cover a burial
space. Lengthy inscriptions
and epitaphs are common to ledgers
because of their considerable
size. Columbariums are
multi-spaced buildings which hold
cremated remains. Each niche
can hold 1 or 2 urns with
inscriptions engraved on an outer
cover.

Mausoleums
Mausoleums are above ground traditional burial buildings. They are
fabricated from a wide variety of granites and marbles.
Currently, the most popular type of mausoleum
is the companion unit, which holds 2 full size
caskets on either side of a central dividing
wall. Single burial mausoleums are also
available, as are multi-burial walk-in
buildings Examples:

Portraits
Portraits are available in 2 basic types. There is a ceramic portrait
that can be done in color or black and white. There is also a portrait that
can be done on an aluminum plaque. This, however, is available in only black and
white. The aluminum plaque can also be done with text on it, such as a
remembrance poem. Examples:

Eternal
Lites/Peace Lites
A candle that is encased in a changeable colored globe illuminates Eternal
Lites. On average, the candle will remain lit for 3-5 days. The Peace Lite
is solar powered and must be installed either
on the monument or on a matching base beside
the monument. One day of sunlight can illuminate the lite for several days.
